Miserable service
I ordered one item with my phone only to get an error message saying that the order was not successful because I did not give all required information on the order form. I tried again using my laptop, and after going through the order carefully I clicked on submit order, only to get another error code.
I then got on live chat with Jim, and after a bunch of back and forth, he said both orders went through. I asked him to cancel one, which he said he did. Meanwhile I got one email asking me to complete one of the orders. I did not get a confirmation email that an order was placed for either order.
Jim said I would get an email once the order was shipped. I called my bank and the customer service rep said both orders are pending. I then requested that both orders be cancelled.
I would not recommend this company, nor will I ever waste my time with this company again. I will with Amazon.

Defective wheels
I purchased 4 wheels from Summit Racing Equipment for winter change over.Upon installation of the bolts the wheels started to get deformed. Summit has a policy of not taking back wheels that are mounted but how are we to know this "last" step would cause a problem.
I emailed Summit and I got a reply that we are sorry but we can't take back the rims.
So I wrote back and said how were we to know this was a problem until the last step showed up the defect.
I feel cheated that a big company will not give me my money back?
I also had to buy four new tire pressure sensors at a cost of 235.96.
